Responsive websites are the newest thing to web design and development and JT Creative Group is right on board! We are announcing our service for Responsive Web Design with the launch of our new site that is responsive.
What in the world is responsive websites?
Given the rapid adoption of tablets and smartphones — and the fact that users currently seem to prefer reading their news on the mobile web rather than in apps — I think it’s inevitable that 2013 will be the year that responsive design takes off.
In simple terms, a responsive web design uses “media queries” to figure out what resolution of device it’s being served on. Flexible images and fluid grids then size correctly to fit the screen. If you’re viewing this article on a desktop browser, for example, try making your browser window smaller. The images and content column will shrink, then the sidebar will disappear altogether.
Try it with our website – go to the bottom corner of your screen and make the screen smaller. You will see that the website “responds” and it’s content moves so none gets cut off.
Pretty cool, huh. So don’t waste any more time and contact JT Creative Group on how you can redesign your site to be responsive!
